We are always excited about this part of the “Cool Schools” program where we get to do one of our favorite things, plant trees with children!
Thanks to all the help from over 460 students, several parents and community volunteers, SRH Landscapes, and Groundwork Dallas -- we planted more than 70 trees at Tom C. Gooch Elementary School. Some of the student groups even named their trees so they could take care of them later in the year!
We hope that these students carry this experience with them and continue to grow big and strong, just like their tree friends!
