Cool School Tree Planting
Thanks to the help from Environ Partners volunteers, as well as students, staff, and parents -- more than 80 trees were planted at S. S. Conner Elementary School! Volunteers watched Texas Trees’ Marc Beaudoing give an insightful tree planting demo, which students loved as they too got to pack in soil by jumping into the holes dug for the trees.
As a part of the Cool Schools program, students will be able to spend more time outdoors learning about their environment and hanging out under the shade of their newly planted trees!
