Chief Development Officer
Nick Colletti is the Chief Development Officer of the Texas Trees Foundation, a private nonprofit focused on urban forestry, green infrastructure and sustainable design. The Foundation’s strategic approach is based in research driven data to mitigate the environmental challenges and related public health concerns that trees can alleviate.
Responsibilities include fundraising/development (identify, define, and acquire) funding resources available to Texas Trees Foundation, the design and implementation of a comprehensive development plan, providing detailed activity and progress reports to the Executive Leadership Team and to the TTF Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Texas Trees Foundation, Nick was employed by The Bridge Homeless Recovery Center (Chief Development Officer), Big Brothers Big Sisters (Director of Development), Junior Achievement of Central Iowa (President), NCMIC Group, Inc. (AVP Sales Leadership), as well as SunGard, ADP, and Xerox Corporation, holding various sales, marketing and sales leadership positions to help generate new business development opportunities, implement strategic business and alliance plans to support sales/marketing initiatives.
Nick resides in Grapevine, TX, with his wife, Barbara. He is a graduate of Drake University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications. He holds a certificate from Penn State University’s Executive Program for Developing Managerial Effectiveness, and he has earned his Certified Development Executive (CDE) designation from the National Association of Nonprofit Organizations and Executives (NANOE).
