Currently the Day watch Lieutenant for the Northwest Patrol Division of the Dallas Police department, I also oversee the Neighborhood policing unit and the Property Crimes unit for the Northwest Division.

I have been on the Dallas Police Department for 30 years, serving in Patrol, Narcotics, Community Engagement Communications, Detention Services and Administrative positions.
